MPF-33
The Mechtrix MPF-33 Wire Prefeeding System is specifically designed for
use with benchtop mounted wire processing machines. The
prefeeder
removes the wire from the reel and makes it immediately
available to the wire processing machine. The MPF-33
features a
unique combination pneumatic wire dampening and draw source
tensioning system so only a single setting needs to be made
based upon the stiffness of the wire being run. The available reel lift device allows safe and
efficient loading of large reels.
MPF-35
The Mechtrix New MPF-35 Wire Prefeeding System is designed for
removing wire from reels or barrels. The MPF-35 utilizes a
unique pneumatic wire dampening system and a draw source
controlled and maintained by PLC logic to handle the extreme
acceleration of the newest generation of wire processing
machines. The available reel lift device allows safe and
efficient loading of large reels. These machines have been
designed to run with both table-top and fully automatic wire
processing machines.
MPF-50
The Mechtrix MPF-50 Wire Prefeeding System is designed for
removing larger diameter wire from reels or barrels. The
prefeeder utilizes the same drive system as the MPF-30 but has a
pneumatically controlled draw source because larger diameter
wires require additional back tension to keep them tracking
through the prefeeder properly. The MPF-50 utilizes an
adjustable air cylinder to efficiently handle the wire in the
draw source making the wire available to the wire processing
machine in an optimum stress-free condition with minimal back
tension.

Reel Stand
The Mechtrix Heavy Duty Reel Stand 11951-500 is designed to
handle large and heavy reels of wire which require mechanical
assistance to load and run. The completely pneumatic Heavy Duty
Reel Stand eases the loading of large reels and controls the
starting and stopping of the reels as the wire or cable is being
removed. Please consult with Mechtrix about your specific
application.
Reel
Stand
The Mechtrix Reel Stand with Integrated Reel Lift Device was
designed to be used in conjunction with the Mechtrix MPF-30 and
MPF-50 Model Prefeeders. The completely mechanical reel stand
eases the loading of large reels and helps control the stopping
of the reels as the wire or cable is being removed. Please
