Gage
This gage is a simple precise instrument that is used to set the
correct crimp press shut height. It is preloaded to 800+30Kg
at 135.78mm. The gage is placed in the press and the press
is manually cycled and adjusted using the dial indicator.
Crimp Press Analyzer CPA+
This innovative instrument is a complete quality and
maintenance tool. The CPA+ displays real time Cpk and
standard deviation data graphically for both shut height and
force. The gage is adjustable between 4000N and 10000N and
monitors the press during dynamic automatic
operation. The CPA+ is an excellent tool for preventative
maintenance and can also be used for quick and simple
diagnostics without a PC.
